Lido Isle, commonly known as Lido Island, is a one-of-a-kind location. One of the most unique and desirable locations in the world. Lido Isle is a man-made island in the heart of the Newport Beach harbor. Lido was incorporated as a part of Newport Beach in 1906. Currently, Lido Isle has a population of approximately 1,800 people.
Lido Isle was originally named to pay homage to Lido Di Venezia, near Venice with a Mediterranean theme. Many of Lido Isle's streets are named after Mediterranean cities, such as Genoa, Nice and Ithaca and all of the streets are organized in alphabetical order.

There is a Lido Isle clubhouse available to homeowners that hosts many club, community and yachting organizations. The Lido Island clubhouse is available to rent for private events by island homeowners. There are private tennis courts, beaches and parks throughout the community. Lido Isle is the best place to be during the annual Newport Christmas Boat Parade ~ as the views are amazing!
Lido Isle is also a home to a variety of boats and yachts. Many water-front homes on Lido Island have private boat docks that can accommodate a variety of different boat sizes. There are dry docks, moorings and slips available for rent to other Lido Isle and Newport Beach residents.
