The results of this year’s REAL Trends 500 and the RISMedia Power Broker Report are telling: RE/MAX averaged over 14 transaction sides per agent in both reports – more than double the competition. In the REAL Trends 500 survey, RE/MAX holds 21 of the 25 spots on the survey's new list of Top 25 brokerages by Transaction Sides Per Agent. What's more, the Power Broker Report shows that RE/MAX agents averaged $2.9 million in sales volume – 62 percent more than all other agents in the rankings and 145 percent more sales volume than Keller Williams agents. Here are other key highlights from the Power Broker Report:
- RE/MAX agents closed an average of 14.7 transaction sides compared to 6.7 transaction sides for all other competitors. In total transaction sides, RE/MAX closed 38 percent more than Keller Williams, which had 87 percent more agents.
- Coldwell Banker agents averaged 56 percent less in sales volume than their RE/MAX colleagues.
- For every transaction side closed by a Century 21 agent, a RE/MAX agent closed two, on average.
- RE/MAX placed 390 brokerages in the rankings of the nation's top 1,000 largest real estate firms by transaction sides. Only one other company had more than 100.
Nearly a quarter of all brokerages in the REAL Trends 500 survey are RE/MAX: 111 of the Top 500 and 90 more in the Up-and-Comers category. RE/MAX agents averaged over $3 million in sales volume, or 62 percent more than all other competitors.
